Absolute worst experience The manager Edward pretended he was making a phone call to verify our insurance and I watched as he pushed the pound key 15 times was never actually making a phone call was just pushing the same number over and over I waited two weeks for them to get these glasses ready to order for me and was told that they would call me back. I have called several times never received a phone call back. Very unprofessional and very uneducated staff. Leona was too busy on her phone to engage with customers.

I cannot say ENOUGH about the team in the vision center! Ms. Trish and Mr. Steve has taken care of me as if I was their daughter! Mr. Steve has cared about my vision since 2015 and I will not go anywhere else! As a retired service man, he takes so much pride in his work and it shows! (Thank you for your service in the military and at Wally World!) Such personal service and care! I appreciate their time and concern for my vision, comfort and pocket book, more than I can express!
