My experience as first time visiting this eye place was half and half. The lady at the front of the optometrist office was the best and most friendly person ( the one that asks you to fill out the paperwork if it's ur first time ) forgot to ask her name. But she was very friendly and attentive! Now the bad part was IF THE DOCTOR HAS SOME SORT OF ALLERGY I think it SHOULD be told either via the phone or in bold letter on their website.
