Got glasses last march. Was told that if they were lost, stolen, or broken they get free replacement without having to bring anything back(hard to do if lost or stolen). I call today to see about getting mine replaced before they were driven over and in several pieces which I didn't keep because I didn't think I would be told I needed to bring the pieces in to get a replacement (didn't have to 9 years ago when mine got lost). The staff employed there are wonderful! Very polite and friendly. They appeared to know their jobs quite well and maintained a professional atmosphere while being in great moods. The optometrist that did my eye exam for contact lenses was Jeffrey C Cosgrove. He was great! My entire appointment took maybe a half an hour and I was out the door with two different brand trial pairs to try out before I'm given an actual written prescription for contacts. I'm to follow up with them in a week and let him know which pair I like the ... read more

Mark Sutkowi OD PLC is the best I last was seen be him about 10 years ago (I moved)and seen him last week. Walmart has great prices for optometry but they have an even better deal by having an optometrist like Mr. Sutkowi. He explains why and what he is doing you feel that he wants you to literally SEE the world around you. Thank you Mr. Sutkowi, I will see you in a year!!
