Service very slow, everytime you need something the worker will tell you to wait just a second they will find you help before you can say"noodles" Noodles! Waiting forever now i even have time to do this review on the spot
Waited on hold for someone to answer for about 2 minutes and never got to the receptionist or anyone to pick up the phone. No hold music just a terrifying ringback tone that really drains me. Now it's over two minutes of waiting like where are the employees this is an eye emergency and no 911 does not need to do your job Walmart eye care employees

Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the DR was great and thorough and explained everything to me. I got my glasses in leas than a week after my exam. I had a good experience here.
I didn’t even buy my glass from Walmart, but they took the time to tighten my frames and they did a great job! I had previously gone to Lens Crafters to get my glasses tightened and they did a horrible job. My next purchase of eye ware will be from Walmart!
