They were able to accommodate last minute walk-in eye exam.
Dr. is very kind, courteous & thorough. She was articulate & provided excellent care.
The new staff has done a fantastic job!! Helping with whatever they can and making sure my glasses fit perfectly!
Always take their first apt in the morning so u will be taken ontime. It was a good eye exam and I didn't get talked into more than I can afford. I came early so I could look at frames before being dilated. Not bad for so.eone on a budget
After scheduling for a walk in appointment and given a specific time to come in we were made to wait almost two hours to be seen, they made my boyfriend take out his contacts upon arrival which meant he was uncomfortable and unable to see all that time. I can understand having to wait a little but this was ridiculous, multiple people came in late for their appointments (up to 40 mins) and still given priority, the staff was unattentive during this whole time, very displeased with the experience as a whole.
