I always have a good experience with their employees every time I shopped for a new prescription glasses with them because they are the only Walmart in Killeen that actually accepts my MEDICAID vision insurance. However,a little over a month ago these two employees assisted me beyond my expectations. Both Ana and Amy were very helpful. Amy was very helpful picking my eyeglasses while Ana spent almost an hour explaining to me which service is better.She was so patient and honest what is to do and what is not...very knowledgea... read more

If you want the best experience at Walmart Vision Center 1400 Lowe's Blvd Killeen, if possible make apointment with Ana a very friendly helpful and knowledgeable optician. Each time that I had to visit the optical store. She was the best and most knowledgeable friendly person that you would like to deal with. She gets A+ from me. When it comes to customer service. Don't believe me, visit Walmart vision center. Lowe's boulevard Killeen, Texas.
