I had an eye exam today at the Walmart Vision Center with Dr. Goerl — and I have to say, he was fantastic! Even though it was my first time meeting him, he made me feel like a regular patient. He’s incredibly friendly, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. It’s rare to find a doctor who’s not only professional but also genuinely easy to talk to. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I’ll be recommending Dr. Goerl to anyone and everyone I can! 👓🙌
This doctor was absolutely amazing. After being on vacation and waking up with an irritated eye. Going to the ER and then calling every place in order on Google that refused to help me, even after explaining my story. Even after going to Costco buying a membership and having them tell me “we don’t do same day appointments” and begging them to ask the doctor if he would see me. I'm over 700 miles away from home and accidentally broke my glasses. Kris and Kim were awesome at trying to fix what I had but they actually had the frames that I ruined on hand. They're life savers!!
Dr. Goerl is a gem. My appt was mistakenly at a different WMT (thanks google), but Dr Goerl got me right in - saving me the hassle of rescheduling. Very thorough, super personality, and latest tech. Thanks!
Ordered glasses from Pair that needed adjustment. Friday morning. In less than 5 minutes, the employee and optometrist had them adjusted and perfect.
