I had a disappointing experience with Ms. Neena at the Walmart Vision Center ( on ohio drive, Plano, TX). I ordered new glasses two weeks ago, but after feeling discomfort, I consulted my doctor, who provided an updated prescription with a lower strength (0.25 difference). When I returned to the store to request adjustments based on this new prescription, Ms. Neena refused to help. The lady that was working there when I went is super rude, seems annoyed at everyone and everything, definitely had a very bad experience this time.
