The Indian staff Neena refused my complaint about the glasses. I was surprised to see such terrible attitude in the United States. Even worse and unprofessionally, she was trying to charge me more on the sneak. I made four pairs of glasses in this store but Won’t be there anymore because of NEENA.
Today, I went to the Vision Center to pick up my new prescription glasses, but unfortunately, I had a worse experience at this Walmart Vision Center. One of the staff members, Nina, had an attitude and wouldn't adjust my glasses, as I felt they were not sitting straight on my face. She put the frame on the table and tried to explain to me that they are straight. However, the other staff were great when I placed the order last week.
