For eye checkup its good .....but not purchasing glasses ...you would get more bill (out of pocket) than what they quote from walmart after 30 to 45 days if you are buying through insurance especially. Eye doctor and front office lady both are very helpful ,quick and experienced ….but when my friend took appointment for contacts exam and when he reached center they said it would do eye and contacts both … not just one contacts … he had to pay for eye exam along with contacts.
Hours of operation for the Optical Center says 9a-7p. I got there at 9a and no one was there. I stood outside of the Center until 9:15a. I asked one of the Walmart associates if anyone was coming and she said they are just running late and thats it.

Unprofessional experience at Walmart Eye Center. The young lady assisting us stated she was “just a worker,” which left me questioning why weekend staff aren’t knowledgeable enough to help. My daughter’s glasses were never ordered, and despite calling for a week straight, no one ever answered the phone. Very disappointing service.
