This establishment should be investigated and shut down. Three times trying to get my new glasses right. Wrong prescription set into glasses then 2nd time,cracked the frame. Third time messed up the bifocal placement. Demanded money back,which I got after 3ed attempt. Wife's glasses never fit correctly either. While I was there another customer was filing a complaint with the front desk. AVOID THIS PLACE! They seem nice on the surface but the smiles are covering a pit of greed. 1st time you go they spend forever explaining why the most expensive options are the best. Next time you come back, they dont even let you know less expensive options exist. They just copy what you chose the last time, as long as its the most expensive. If you chose something cheaper they again push for the bigger sale. And as with everywhere, skip the absolutely useless warranty. However, if you accept the warranty even once, you can... read more
Dr. Wahi is absolutely amazing. I will say the front desk seems a little unorganized and I don’t really like that when I was getting my glasses after I picked them out the one lady just added a bunch of stuff on I didn’t ask for and then gave me the price and I was sticker shocked. Not a bad experience at all but could improve by not making patients feel pressured into add ons.
Great experience!! My son needed to have his eyes checked and get glasses. Everyone was so friendly, informative and patient. We will be going back for all our future eye needs!
