All I can say this place is a 5 Doctor was very friendly my kids loved him definitely this will be back in a year. Mark also very nice person and funny he explained everything step by step.
Discrimatory practices happening at this location. Definitely do not recommend
4/14/25 This is the second time I have purchased glasses from the Gurnee location. The eye Doctor was very efficient with my eye exam and explained things that I didn’t know. I once again had JJ who is amazing with helping me picking out my new glasses! He is extremely professional, very knowledgeable and really takes his time and patience with every customer..
