Hmmmmm.....where do I begin? Every interaction at this location was HORRIBLE. From the lack of communication to them scratching of the only good lens that I did not want replaced to waiting for Amy the Manager for 1/2 an hour only to find out that they would call me and on and on and on. The front end desk was equally disappointing when I talked to Brittanie about the lousy experience. Although, I will say, Brittanie did at least appear to listen. This has to be one of the WORST experiences of lousy customer service I have e... read more

Not happy with lack of concern about my vision. Not enough information on what I need to do. Did not dialate eyes. I am not happy.
