Had a problem with Visionworks in Kenosha, wi and thought we would try somewhere new and big mistake!! Went back to Antioch Walmart vision and amazing!!! Wonderful customer service and the Dr was informative and very on point! The staff was helpful and help turn the bad experience from Visionworks to a postive with them. Should have never switched and stayed with Walmart. Thumbs up and so very happy!!!
The doctors are nice, but I dread going to the female doctor because she always goes on an awkward lecture about the government in China and how they are killing "peaceful" monks or something. She does this every single exam, every year. Just stick to my eye exam, please.
Dr Lonn Yang is an superb eye doctor! She is professional and is willing to go the extra mile for her clients! Lonn is personable, patient, kind and caring. My kids and I have seen her for years and like her so much. We are fortunate to have her in Antioch!
Dr Lonn Yang is one of the most caring ,knowledgeable doctors I have ever seen. Her Expertise is remarkable. I see her for my normal yearly eye exams and just recently saw her for a major ongoing eye ulcer/dry eye issue so I called her up. She gave me a clear diagnosis and treatment plan that worked so well and cleared up the problem. I'm so grateful to have her as my optometrist and will never go anywhere else. She is the best! Dr. Richard Yang is wonderfully kind, inexpensive and thorough. Jayne at the front line is also very kind, in the midst of my worry they were able to calm me down and tell me what steps NEED to be taken next with my terrible eye inflammation. I recommend Antioch's vision Center to anyone.
