Today I stopped in to see if they could replace one of the nose buds on my glasses that I lost a while back. As I handed the guy my glasses he could tell how loose the sides where. He said he could tighten them up for me also, if I would like... he git me all fixed up in just a few minutes at no charge. Tge man who helped me name was Doug. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Great customer service from Doug. Thank you for making it a great experience...I will definitely do business with them again.
Amazing optometrist! My husband was seen as a walk in and the optometrist Dr Thomas was not only accommodating he was professional and genuinely interested in my husband's well-being (had recent trauma to his eye). I would recommend Walmart Optical Springfield Oregon to everyone.
Everytime I have had a question or a concern or I’ve needed something, they have been here for me. This evening I had a problem with a loose lens. Doug was very nice and quick to help and did a great job correcting the lens issue. Well done to all of the staff. Thank you! 5*!!!
Wow , this team at Walmart vision center is really great Props to Billy and Casey!! I broke my frames and they were able to pop my lenses out and put them into brand new frames. Adjusted everything perfectly. Thank you guys!!
I have been going to this vision center specifically for a few years now. One of the hinges on my glasses broke, and I just needed to have it soldered. Spacing my glasses were bought from Walmart and had a warranty, I was expecting to pay to have them fixed. Eli assisted me, though they couldn't solder the hinge back together, Eli looked up my information. I was a few days out of warranty, but Brandon, the Vision Center Manager, approved for me to have my glasses replaced through warranty. As all of us, life is a bit stressf... read more
