Took care of my father's broken glasses extremely quickly and was very friendly with us.
Worst eye exam ever. Repeatedly told them that I couldn’t see through the contacts. They were trying to give me and that they weren’t comfortable. Wouldn’t listen. Ended up going somewhere else and had excellent results and can see perfectly with the contact lenses as they gave me. And the office hours?Mondays or Wednesdays from 9:45 AM to 12:45 PM? What a joke. They used to offer multiple days and multiple time ranges but apparently Walmart can’t even hire real doctors anymore.
My frames broke and I couldn't wait for an appointment at the Dr's office, they were able to pop my lenses into a new frame until then so I am able to see, they were very kind and were able to get me squared away in about 10 mins.
I walked in on impulse, just needing a screw replaced on an old pair of glasses. The staff was friendly and happy to help. Fixed my glasses, no charge and they were even chipper about it . Grateful for a kind face and good service.
