I came in to get assistance on 2/27/2024 around 6 and the individual was not pleasant at all and her body language exposed it. Another person came in and she turned into a grocery cashier . I kept looking at her like “lady” hello help me. This is why I stick to Publix, the service I received was really poor. For her to have BRUSHED me off and than help someone that had a buggy full of food and they were TOO lazy to go to a cashier or self checkout disgusts me. My wife and I were searching for a frame and lenses, so we visited the Walmart in Lakeland. We were fortunate enough to meet Iris Alvarez, who displayed incredible patience, kindness, and dedication to fulfilling my wife's needs, even though it was almost closing time.
