I rarely buy glasses, so I wanted to shop around. We took my new prescription over on a Friday night and met Norm who was very helpful. We said we would be back, and he said, "I'm not on commission. Hope to see you again." I returned on a Monday and the place was incredibly busy. It was toward the beginning of the month, and someone mentioned that people who get their funds once a month come to Walmart then. Norm strikes ago. Broke a screw in my glasses and brought them in. He DID HIS THING as usual. Such a kind and genuine soul. Wouldn’t let me pay him, treat him to lunch, or anything. Everything is does is out of simple kindness. He deserves the world, and I hope his job cherishes him the way he deserves.
