Absolute abomination of an experience. Go to any other Walmart because the female technician is rude. After cancelling my appointment without informing me, she continued to dismiss my questions and treat me as if I’m a child. Male technician is the only reason I am not losing my mind right now. Female technician was also rude to me on the phone but I needed an eye exam so I continued anyway but she did nothing to amend her first impression.
Kudos to Scott Kelley for great service and help with my order.
Went in for an eye exam went for contacts was given a trial pair when I went to put the order in for my contacts Told I need to come back in for an eye exam A minute we did this already no no you need to come back in for an eye exam that I hung up the phone and decided OK I’m done

The hours for optical center was listed as 10-3 on Sunday…. But the center was closed.
