Christopher Hamilton, OD at Plant City Walmart is a poor example of an optometrist. He gave a family member an incomplete and incorrect eye exam. This was realized after a second opinion. He made claims of eye issues that turned out to be false. DO NOT USE this Wal-Mart Optometry location! The doctor at the Valrico/Brandon location is very through, knowledgeable, and competent!

Very poor customer service....I could not buy a frame here because ummm my old frame broke and I just wanted to buy a like frame for my lens because they were fine.....but because I didn't get my script from them...they told me I couldn't just buy a frame...WHAT..I was not asking them to do anything but show me a frame like the broke one so I could buy..... TERRIBLE
You tell me there's a 60 day satisfaction warranty and found out today that's NOT true! Only true if I purchased a warranty? I ordered polycarbonate lenses and received plastic and you won't replace them unless I visit my eye Doc again because of your "protocol". There's a "protocol" when you mess up? Thats a disgrace! These plastic lenses strain my eyes, cause dizziness and are a serious safety issue if I wear them. Shame on you!!
Updating my glowing review to say how unprofessional can a place be. The good eye dr left before I could pick up my script. I call and set a day and time to pick up my contacts and the new dr left 15 minutes before my apt and I was told You should call first. I did you idiots! No respect. Waste of my time.
