Dr. Engel at Jackson Eye Care was VERY kind. I had anxiety for some reason about the exam but she was very helpful and I was able to get through the appointment and conquer the anxiety thanks to her patience and understanding. Highly recommend

Dr. Jackson is wonderful. And Dan in the Vision Center is one of the most helpful glasses people I have ever met! He's also fun, which helps!
I called to see if they took medicaid clients and the woman i spoke with qas extremely rude and condescending. I have expeirence working in hospital billing so I understand how insurance works. Yet she continued to just rudely repeat the same information to me instead of answering my actual questions. I am aware that medicaid does not cover the lenses and want to pay for them out of pocket. However, due to the rude first point of contact I will go elsewhere.
Today I was trying to call to see if my glasses was under warranty, and the service wasn't great. I called 6 times and the woman from the vision center kept transferring me. I understand if things are busy but I would have appreciated her saying she'll call me back instead of ignoring me.
