I am on vacation from out of state when a lens popped out of my glasses and I messed up the prescription when getting it back in. I went to this Walmart vision center and Timo was friendly and quick to help! He fixed them right up, tightened, and cleaned them! All free of charge! The other staff were also friendly, though I don’t know their names. I would highly recommend them!
Seemed to disregard my concerns
I drove from out of town to pick up my wife's glasses, but despite arriving during its posted hours, the store was closed. The next day, my wife went to the store, only to find it closed again during its posted hours. This is a clear example of poor management.
Great Doctor and Staff!
I really love this place. dr O is great as are the support staff. HOWEVER, even though the posted hours include Sundays 12-5 they were closed. VERY FRUSTRATED since I drove from out of town to pick up my glasses. After calling, the Ypsilanti store picked up and said the person that was supposed to work today called off. Way to go millennials!
