Nice selection of glasses at great prices, with good quality and helpful service. They even remind you now and then to come in to have your glasses readjusted. Christine was thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommend.
Poor experience with this place. They messed up my prescription with the wrong one which is a complete medical negligence. I realized it after few days and went back to see the doctor (thinking the doctor probably made a mistake) who told me my prescriptions is not exactly what she had prescribed. I wanted to speak about this with the store manager but no body even bothered to get in touch. Very poor customer service.
Lady was very rude and didn't want to anything but talk on her cell phone so I went to the one on battleground and it was hreat
When I want the best eye care at an affordable price I go to this Vision center and look for Michael. He has assisted me in several occasions and has given the best advice as far as fitting frames and making sure my difficult prescription requests were fulfilled. Thank you for your wonderful help!
Michael was very nice and patient. I've been here a couple times and received great service each time.
