I waited more than an hour and canceled the service of around $365 very slow service I will never go there again
I was coming to order a pair of glasses that I really really liked. However when I called to verify the hours the girl I spoke with on the phone I believe her name was Tanisha she was a little short maybe she was really busy I don't know but it sounded like she had an issue with answering any of the questions I had. I think we will stick with Eyemart. Also the website says you're open until 7. But the staff tells you earlier. 🤔
Sure got some rude ass people that answer the phone. What a very unprofessional way to talk to customers. I truly wish I hadn't came to this particular Walmart Vision & Glasses. I hope a mgr that does their job reads this & reacts appropriately but it's Walmart so I'm not putting much hope into that. But I guarantee you one thing . Great experience and service , very fast pace but the doctor and front desk rep make sure everyone is well happy with their product and understanding. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new eye doctor. Very well nice hearted office .!
