Rude as heck, was getting another pair of glasses for the year and the lady said I had to wait without even checking. Checked out payed deductible and they sent me a 20$ bill? You can stick it where the sun dont shine and I'll switch from Davison to SVS and be done with you guys all together! Best of luck.
So approx 4 weeks ago I 1st went to this establishment to get a new pair of glasses made. I was greeted by Verda a lady who was too busy eating on the job. Dont they have lunch hours? I told her Im in a hurry if she could measure my eyes etc and I'll get out of her way. She instead was talking to someone on the phone instead of taking care of the customer in front of her...(me) then this Walmart employee walked up and she was busy fixing her spectacles. The best glasses I've had came from here. Now they won't take Humana insurance, so I've had to go elsewhere.
I would give a review of their services if I could convince them to answer the damn phone. I can’t schedule an eye exam because they apparently dislike customers and money. Terrible.
To the rude lady that seen me looking at a a glasses case while she was ringing someone up that rudely said umm I'm closed.... Do BETTER!
