I recently visited Walmart Vision Center located at 2536 Airline Dr. Bossier City, LA on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. I asked for a copy of my prescription as well as my sons. I was told that I cannot receive my prescription unless they asked the doctor which is Dr. Alicia Crooks. I asked when will she be in and the employee said on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. Horrible experience at this place on of their employees Garrett is more worried about your kids than doing her job.I took all 6 of my kids in for an appointment and the associate Garrett was more with my kids and what they were doing and telling me to get my kids and have them sit down then do her job.It was to the point another associate I overheard tell Garrett she didn’t have to be rude and mean to my kids they were just kids.Garrett proceeded to worry about what me and my children were doing and told them if they didn’t ... read more
Mark with the Vision Center decides to tell me today that I owe $20 because "the associate" put the incorrect Tier of lenses in my glasses. Mark informed me that they INCORRECTLY filed the $20 difference as a "copay" charge against my insurance rather than correcting the price or calling me to change the lenses in the glasses I bought or pay the difference.
