I took my grandmother who is hard of hearing/deaf and has an intellectual disability to this location after two failed appointments at locations that weren’t able to accommodate to her needs. The staff there were absolutely welcoming, understanding and accommodating! The spectacular Dr. Griffin made my grandmother feel comfortable, heard and respected! I highly recommend coming here to get your eye exam for your elderly family members!
Skip right to no,dont go here. Incompitant staff, booked an appointment 2 weeks out, i show up. No appointment loged. I have seen MANY eye doctors over the years, tifany griffin, did maby a quarter of the procedures and was rush rush rush. It is truely my opinion had she spent more time turning the dials ( like real eye dr do) she would have found what worked, she either does not listen or hesr or care about my needs thats why you pre pay before your seen. Dr. Tiffany Griffin is the optometrist here. This is byfar the best vision appointment I've had in years. Dr. Griffin is attentive, caring, gentle and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to all.
