I scratched my len and I couldn't get in with my husband's eye doctor for 2 months. AMAZING staff educated me of doctor on site she was great with state of the art equipment (explained everything) and got my new glasses ordered. Great experience will continue to use. Thank you for helping me see again. I feel like am in high definition again. Thank you. Updated 2/18/25 still the same amazing services. Thank you.
I will always recommend Walmart vision center over any other vision providers !! Dr. Linda is a wonderful optometrist. She was super friendly and to the point. I see why her schedule is so booked now ! Definitely worth the wait. Now I see the world with 20/20 vision ! And the rest of the staff is lovely as well. Thank you to Paul, for helping me with my insurance & getting my contacts sent directly to my house !
Called with a simple question and the lady who answered was rude and condescending. Wouldn’t even let me finish before being interrupted, didn’t even want to be helped anymore after dealing with her. Do better Walmart.
Got a text saying my glasses were ready for pickup and they were open until 7pm. Drove 30 min to get them, just to find out the store closed for lunch and wouldn’t be back for an hour and 10 minutes.
