The first person you see in a business should be professional & nice mannered. The gentleman working the desk treated me very unprofessional, almost rude. As I watched him do to the next 2 guests. He pretty much told us he was stressed and having a bad day and he & the doc were very busy & to have a seat. Yes, with those exact words. Highly recommend this place. Always outstanding service from Edward and Christy was the only person out of several places I had been to that figured out I was slightly allergic to plastic nose pieces and suggested silicone.
Worst waste of time. Don’t go there. Doctor dilated my eyes and said he’d call me in the office in 10 minutes. He said I could wait in the room for 10min or I could check out the glasses in the meantime. So I did. The people sitting at the desk of the glasses station where you check for glasses reassured me that the doctor would in fact call me to finish up with me. A few more minutes passed and I noticed it was way past 10mins. I went back to see what happened with the doctor, and he had already called another patient in!!!... read more
