The Dr. and staff here have been nothing but kind and excellent. I was having issue with my contacts and the Dr. was very kind, answering all my questions and concerns. He made sure I wasn’t to leave till I felt one hundred percent comfortable with the pair of contacts I had in. He took his time and I’m very appreciative of that. Also, Mali has been extremely friendly to me every time I have called or stopped in.
Came in to inquire about a replacement pair of frames, was treated like an inconvenience. Will not be back.
Took my girlfriend in to get glasses. Picked out frames and all. Had a great experience for the initial exam and check out. The glasses came in with the wrong frames. They’re trying to make us re-order new frames and glasses on our dime. Worst customer service when we tried todo the return. She even tried to show them the frames she ordered and was offered no assistance because “she wasn’t the representative who helped us”.
