I had a great experience at the Walmart Vision Center! Loren went above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy. She helped me get the best pricing on my contacts and even took care of completing the mail-in rebate for me—all I had to do was drop it in the mailbox. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I have a *SCHEDULED* Appointment. Been waiting 40min so far.
They say they close at 8 and I called in for my prescription that I lost at 5 pm and can only get the operator. Completely busted place but I wish they would answer bc I NEED THE PRESCRIPTION
I called and on the other side of the phone an older woman answered. Very rude and just hung up.
