Dr Natasha Potts is the best doctor I have ever had! She’s excellent at what she does and is very nice! She makes sure you are taken care of and takes the time to explain any questions. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs eye care!
Just find out that they sold me a wrong contact lenses. My prescription says -3.0 but I got - 4.0 that cause a headache. 2 starts only because one of the employees was nice, the other one was very unprofessional waste a lot of my time and finally I end up with the contacts I can’t use.
"ATTENTION PLEASE READ" Took myself an my family here about a year ago for glasses ended up spending over 1k for all 4 of us. Well after about 9months my oldest daughters glasses got messed up I don't know how but I know it wasn't on purpose. This was by far the least satisfying experience I had at an optometrist since I wear glasses, which is more than 30 years. It took the employees a very long time to record my new order for optical sunglasses. Then I received two messages, telling me that my order was ready, while each time I was told that this was not the case. After finally receiving the glasses, the optometrist tried for almost an hour to adjust the frame, without any success. I am a college student so dealing with having to buy contacts and glasses can be stressful. Once I started coming here? Stress gone. The staff in the vision center are so friendly and are always so helpful with helping with picking frames and other things. I love coming here and getting assisted by these ladies!
