I went in October 2022 for an eye exam. They stated with my insurance it would be $169. I said no, it should not cost anything. So, I cancelled the order, went home and called my vision provider. The insurance company said they covered $300 for frames or contacts. If used for frames the lenses either plastic or glass lenses should be free (single vision, bifocals, or trifocals.
