Worst place ever! The older man that works here honestly he needs to retire. He’s very slow. I waited for over 3 hours just to use my warranty and replace a frame.

Service issue: A vision center employee (Simone) refused to release my eyeglasses, which were already paid for due to the lack of an ophthalmologist. This restriction was not conveyed to me prior to purchase nor within the electronic correspondence sent to me informing me my glasses were ready to pick up. I went there today for my first visit to buy me a new pair of glasses and I felt really taken care off Ms. Nicole was very helpful, kind ,informative and mostly very patience . She did an outstanding job helping me , I highly recommend this place . Thank you Ms. Nicole ! You’re awesome!!!

1) I was told that they aren’t affiliated with Walmart’s website and do not offer price matching even though they are located inside of Walmart and their name is literally Walmart Vision & Glasses. 2) Walmart’s new policy doesn’t allow replacement frames for glasses and lens not purchases through the vision center. So, basically if you had your prescription filled somewhere else then you’ll have to go back to them to have your frames fixed or replaced. 3) You can email over insurance information to them but they CANNOT email... read more
