I love Walmart’s glasses selection! I’ve been going there off and on for years. The staff are wonderful. Angela/Angie is one of the managers and she is my favorite. A kind caring person always willing to help!
Yamilet needs to learn how to control her face and how she looks at people. I was trying to get my glasses fixed from a coating issue that is the fault of the company. She curled her nose and lip up and made the most disgusted faces. I guess she didn't want to help me. Also they were unable to allow me to get new frames with the new lenses without charging me THE COST OF STARTING OVER. Completely. Woman working on a Sunday refused to let us pick up glasses already paid for because she was helping another couple for OVER AN HOUR.
Yamilet was courteous and thorough in helping me to order my new glasses. Excellent service!
