The vision center staff was polite. I went in on Wednesday, but the OPTOMETRIST was gone for the day. A member from the staff gave me a phone number and told me to text it for an appointment. I texted the number, 24 hours past and finally received a text! I know it was just a text, but I could sense the passive aggressiveness via text. We ended up making an appointment with another Optometrist.
Never had a lazy job before like this one here at the vision center. Multitasking is very difficult for The people here at The vision center.
Went to the optometrist next door to Walmart. First they tell me it was going to be a $15 copay which would be fine. Then they say that the optometrist will no longer just do an exam but have to do a retinal exam as well for another $39. Even though most optometrists don't require it. I guess you got to get a little more money while you have us there. On top of that the optometrist wasn't even going to do the exam.... !? it was going to be her helper. I would not go because of the eye doctor that just occupied the optometrist space that had been vacant. They way we were treated made us not use the eye center to buy glasses.
