I had an appointment with Dr. Chad Sulkes, O.D. on July 9th, and his staff told me my contact lenses would be ready within 5 days. Seven days later (July 16th), I called and the lenses still weren't available. When I asked for a new estimated date, the staff member couldn't provide one and said she would check and call me back — which never happened.
