I accidentally made an appointment here when I meant to make it at a different location. Thank goodness for that as I was just interrupted and hung up on by a snarky woman over the phone who was confirming the appointment. I was polite and was trying to explain myself but apparently she was not trying to hear any of that and hung up on me after saying thank you. I am beyond disappointed with the service -or lack thereof- at the front desk. When I arrived the rep didn't even acknowledge my presence. She stayed glued to her computer mumbling why why? to herself without looking up. When I finally asked if she knew I was there, she snapped yes and told me to wait. After handing me the application she disappeared. I had long finished the paperwork before she reappeared and ignored me again to help someone who just walked in. October 2025 - On my only visit, I gave my prescription to the optician, but she wasn't sure what it meant. She said she would consult my optometrist, then call me and let me know the outcome. I never heard back.
