Cant even take a phone call to schedule an exam. Call the number and get hung-up on when you try. I guess they don't want the business.....?
Very poor customer service. I called & made an appointment several weeks ahead of time. Provided my name, number, insurance info, etc. When I arrived at the designated time I was told they had no record of my appointment. The woman I spoke with did her very best to make me feel that it was my mistake and that I was being a huge inconvenience to her. I decided to leave rather than subject myself to anymore rudeness.
Nightmare
My mother and I have been going to Dr.Priya starting when she first opened her office here. Every time I have a visited for an exam or just to purchase frames or accessories, Dr. Priya and the entire staff there have been very helpful and professional. Always going the extra mile to make certain the customer is completely satisfied. And if asked, willing to give their personal opinion when choosing frames which sometimes can be very helpful. Great people, Great environment, Great results🤓
David was a real awesome dude! Very nice, and very thorough and helpful with the whole getting new glasses process. Highly recommend David!
