No help at all. I bought glasses here in 2022. $550. When they were being fitted, they felt "off". I couldn't figure out how. The tech told me to wear them for a week, and come back, they'll fix it. I immediately lost the glasses. I located them about one month ago, deep in the couch! Wore them for a bit to determine that the temples were too short. Do not wrap my ear. I have been wearing glasses and/or contacts since age 8. This was the best experience I’ve ever had by far! Priscilla in the Vision center has impeccable customer service skills and made me feel cared for and confident in their services. Dr. Kim was amazing. She took her time with me and I’ve never been so pleased with a trip to the eye doctor. The staff at the desk and the one who did my initial intake (didn’t get their names) were all the best! I highly recommend them! (Prices are super affordable too).
Bad Customer Service at Walmart Vision Center: No Stars I purchased a pair of glasses for $335, but one of the lenses kept popping out, and I’ve only have had them for two weeks. I explained this to Kevin the optometrist that this was my second visit for the same issue. His response, “well, can you see,” was very dismissive and unhelpful.
