Had to stop in for a screw missing from my glasses. Casondra was the best help!!! She not only fixed the glasses, she also waited on other customers seamlessly wile still working on them because she was the only one working. She was such a blessing!
As a manager - I properly train my employees on policies and procedures. It is unfortunate that Erica Nieves did not train her employee the correct way as she stated. I went into the clinic for the new year as I was told my insurance would cover the expenses each year and was seen for an eye exam. I paid the copay and had the exam. I received a call almost a month later stating I owe for the visit and the visit would cost full price because my insurance does not cover for the year. After careful thought and consideration, I decided to write this review based solely on the treatment and speculation from the employee working in the frames side of care. She has jet black hair and dark red lip stick and wearing glasses. I waited so patiently to get assistance from her or the gentleman I would of preferred to work with but instead she did acknowledge my presence while working with another customer. in the middle of working with her customer another customer walked over to purchase sunglasses. she got up and... read more
Last week had been a rough one , I've been working and haven't taken the time to get new prescription glasses...and been w my frames glued since November 😞..😭 Appointments don't align with my schedule...a whole mess.. so was just passing by eye center and actually gave it a try explained my situation to Ms Casondra willis..whom always has a courteous smile when go go by..and did the sweetest she went above and beyond ..she listened !!! ..gave me other Walmart eye centers options... and manage to find the same frame which w... read more
