Keona was amazing!!! She was very knowledgeable about glasses and helped me pick the perfect frame. I will definitely be back. Go see Keona she is the best.
Apparently, their systems don’t save patient information even when you’re standing there with a Walmart Vision prescription in your hand that you received from your visit at Walmart Visiom. Weird.
They told me over the phone that they take AFLAC. After taking off work for this appointment, they informed me once I get there they do not take my insurance. Half a day of pay wasted over incompetence. I do not recommend Dr. Callahan and staff. I would recommend a more knowledgeable vision center. Maybe one not connected to Walmart, especially the one in Pearl.
