Apparently, their systems don’t save patient information even when you’re standing there with a Walmart Vision prescription in your hand that you received from your visit at Walmart Visiom. Weird.
They told me over the phone that they take AFLAC. After taking off work for this appointment, they informed me once I get there they do not take my insurance. Half a day of pay wasted over incompetence. I do not recommend Dr. Callahan and staff. I would recommend a more knowledgeable vision center. Maybe one not connected to Walmart, especially the one in Pearl.
“Dr” Brian Callahan is a joke! He is so freaking rude, he does not have any patience for children nor Adults!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
My brother bought $400 glasses which weren’t the right prescription when he got home. The Pearl, MS Optical dept wouldn’t make it good, no exchange or refund. This is so Wrong. He’s stuck with those wrong prescription glasses they supposedly prescribed to him. They need to do something about this. He went to Madison Walmart Optical dept, they said if they aren’t right, they will make it right. They of course can’t make what’s wrong from the other Store. If you want SUPERIOR service where you are treated like more than just a number, you need to go see Samantha at Walmart Vision. I refuse to do business with anyone else but Samantha. She is kind, caring, and attentive to your needs/wants. She gets to know you, your likes/dislikes, styles you prefer, etc. She has great tastes as well. She has picked out the last 2 pair of my glasses, which I love VERY much! Let's put it this way, if you go somewhere else, you went to the wrong place. She is that good.
