Not aware of there own policy on walk ins. Mentioned there not taking walkins. I asked were they full and what wertle the times if not. Mentioned they take walk ins from 2:15 to 3. Besides it being 2:35. It was the most ridiculous lie I've ever heard. All attitide and little sense.

Excellent service from Gerry today who went above and beyond today. My ($250+) frames I purchased 3 months ago from Optical 2000 had broken. I went to optical to see if they had a replacement frame the lense to could popped into since they were my everyday glasses and I cannot function without glasses. The young lady sat on her perch behind the counter and assured me the lense only fit that particular frame and a new pair would have to be purchased. Customer service was great! Leslie was very helpful and informative, she offered advice as to why I need two pair glasses and the benefits it would provide me. I definitely will be back!
