Miss Jigna was very helpful, resourceful and showed lots of patience. Picking a nice frame is very challenging and requires a lot of patience both from the employee and the customer. The lenses should properly fit in the frame. If it doesn’t fit the frame a minor change can affect your vision and cause lots of headache and vision issues. Jigna tried her best to help us with all the best possible options (try the glasses for a week, get the eyes-sight check again, ordered new lenses for the glasses). Nice customer service.
