I went to Walmart vision center to get my glasses and Mrs. Stephanie, Destine, Lettie, Amber and dr Lee all took care of me and got me with glasses that i like and they are very friendly and nice and help you and take time to serve you. Thanks to all of yall for the service.
Overall, I had a very good experience and would rate it 4 out of 5 stars. Stephianie helped me with my glasses and was very helpful throughout the process. She explained everything clearly and was able to articulate the details in a way that made it easy to understand, which I really appreciated. One small critique is that there could be slightly more professionalism shown in some areas, but it’s a very minor point compared to the overall positive experience.
I always have an awesome experience with Stephanie at the Wal Mart Vision Center in Zachary. Customer Service at its finest!
Ms. Stephanie was great she absolutely knows what she’s doing! If you come here go to her. Felt like I was with my mama 😂
