I highly recommend going to Calcutta Walmart for vision appointments instead. My glasses from Salem location are so blurry and just wrong overall. I regret it but I know better next time.
Had an appointment and got sick because the vision machines are not clean. I am positive it came from there because 2 of us had an appointment and two of us got sick shortly after.
I called 3 different times to make an appointment.Each time they wasnt bothered to take 1 minute to make an appointment. They asked for name and phone number but cant take calls when at work , just on my lunch break. Absolutely disappointed.
They won't even make an appointment unless you have your insurance information. What about people that don't have vision insurance and pay cash out of pocket they don't get appointments?
The staff was outstanding as well as there customer service they had my glasses ready in 6 days and the price was very good
