Updated review: I’d like to share that Walmart Vision has been very helpful, and the staff are friendly and supportive. I understand they were remodeling, which explains the earlier issues. Everything is now resolved, and I was able to return both of my glasses. I’m updating and taking back my previous review—thank you for all your help.
I’m extremely disappointed with the Walmart Vision Center in Martinez, CA (1021 Arnold Dr). I made a complaint with Walmart HQ. I drove 3 times, it takes 20 min each time and they’re closed. I made multiple attempts to return two pairs of glasses within the 60-day return period, but the Vision Center was closed every time I went—despite posted hours stating they’re open until 7 PM.
