My glasses were slipping constantly so I saw a woman at the vision center and asked if I needed an appointment to get my glasses adjusted? She said bring them right over and I will fix them for you! Sorry I didn't catch her name but she really made my day and tightened my glasses! Thank you so much!
Terrible staff. Attitudes are awful I seriously wish the other Walmarts can get an eye doctor soon. 6 months later I’m TRYING to call to make an appt. for an eye exam and the phone just rings for minutes at a time. If you’re with a customer, busy, whatever idrc, the least you can do is pick up the phone, acknowledge the customer then put them on hold. There is a lady there talks with an attitude,rude very unprofessional,going somewhere else not the first time this happened to me.
