Vinny hands down was the best at customer service and customer satisfaction. Stephanie has always been super nice. Everyone working the front are super helpful and very customer service focused. I apologize for not knowing your names. The doctor is hit or miss. I'd highly encourage you to never take appointments with her later in the evening especially as her last patient of the day. I absolutely LOVE Vinny at the Cicero store.
On my way to work on a Sunday, the sidearm of my glasses broke off. My attempts at repair were not sufficient and I was in trouble. Not being sure if the vision center of the closest Walmart was even open I called. They were open and I explained by situation. The woman who took my call checked with the store where I had actually purchased the glasses, confirmed stock status and pricing.
