Every time I call to make an appointment no one ever answers except the customer service department that my non answered calls get transferred to then when I tell them that my calls aint bein answered they tell me to hold on then I get hung up on witch is very disrespectful which by looking at the review being a 2.8 I can see that nobody even cares about these because this problemss obviously still aint being fixed
These people are flat out scammers. Ive been a patient there for some time, even after having been asked to pay via cash or cash app for a "fitting" that never even took place. I was last seen in September of 2024, when I ordered 6 months of contacts. I called last month and was told the soonest they could get me in was tomorrow, January 22nd. Today I received a phone call from them telling me that my insurance only covers a visit once every 24 months and expects their patients to go a full 12 months without being able to se... read more
Don't go to the Walmart vision cente r in Cortland I usually go to The vision center at the Walmart in austintown and they're nice there they help you the one in Cortland they're rude they're no help and to get an appointment there's like a 2-month wait. Screw the rude people at this location!!!!!!!! If I could I would give them zero Stars Booooooooo!!!!!!!!
