Called and talk to them and then they called me to go over my insurance and when I went there I drove about 25-30 mins there and they get there and start to do paperwork work and told me they didn’t take my insurance very frustrating and they were not nice about it
Great service! The staff member who helped me was very patient and took her time to adjust my glasses until they were just right. Highly recommend!
Piss poor service and warranty. Paid over $300 and they can't even fix the glasses right.
I see a common positive in the reviews... Tracey. I remember how friendly and helpful she was about ordering contact lenses a while back, and today she was friendly and helpful at a time where customer service can be terrible. Even if she wasn't able to get me what I needed, another young woman offered valuable information for my situation that I can change sooner than later. Thank you.
