Got sent to 5 different departments and got hung up on also got a trail pair of contacts they ened up ripping in my eye I didn’t know dos that eye has a whole in it so does my other eye now I’m blind and in pain
Tried call to get a eye exam constantly transferred and to no avail still never got through after being constantly transferred 6 plus times
Called and talk to them and then they called me to go over my insurance and when I went there I drove about 25-30 mins there and they get there and start to do paperwork work and told me they didn’t take my insurance very frustrating and they were not nice about it
