I am so lucky to have called Daniel at Walmart Vision Center. My glasses broke at about 6 PM. I am participating in the Shrimp Run tomorrow and i can’t see much without my glasses. I arrived at 6:30 PM…the vision center closes at 7 PM. Daniel quickly was able to repair my glasses. I asked him what I owed for the service and he said there is no charge for the service. I had my eye exam at this location and purchased my contact lenses with them. At the time, I did not make my glasses. Later, while my prescription was still valid, I had my glasses made at another store and discovered that the prescription was extremely strong and very different from my contact lens prescription. The power was excessive, causing dizziness and visual distortion. I returned to the office to resolve the issue, since the prescription was written by them.
