We entered the store at 9:00 AM, and I told the staff that I wanted to schedule an eye exam for my daughter. She told me the doctor wasn’t there yet. I said I was aware of that and just wanted to make an appointment, but she repeated again that the doctor hadn’t arrived. The employee had an unfriendly, irritated, and aggressive attitude from the beginning. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I would like to report this store as one I will never visit again — not even walk past it.
I was there on a weekday at around 1pm. Wanted to order 2 new glasses as my prescription has changed. They are seriously understaffed. Many frames on display were filthy and there were no cleaning wipes around. They said they clean it themselves, but there is no one to that. The only optician that was there looked disorganized, maybe he was just overwhelmed, he took a phone call that lasted 15 min, while a customer was waiting, but he was friendly. I left. Unacceptable!

Rude, Rude, Rude. Poor customer service is one thing, but not even some common human decency. I went in to see if they could help me adjust my glasses. The frames were not purchased here, but I figured I would ask if they could help. The optician was holding my glasses when I mentioned that I didn't buy them here, she then threw them across the table. A simple no, sorry we can't help, would have been fine. I always get my contacts from Walmart Optical, guess where I am getting them now.... Not Walmart.
