The worst place to order your glasses. It’s a third time today i am trying to come in to pick up my glasses and they are closed. Even thou the service hours are 10 to 7. Painful.
Had a great experience here recently when shopping for glasses. I received great service here. The staff were very friendly and eager to assist. Although I arrived a few minutes before closing on New Year’s Day, they offered that they could stay past the closing time to assist me. Samantha was very professional and pleasant and did a great job helping me figure out a quote for a pair of glasses I was interested in and how much my insurance would pay.
