My husband and I needed new frames. Paul was extremely personable, kind and made our visit a pleasant experience. We only needed to buy our frames but there was a mixup with the insurance. He was kind enough to call the insurance company and resolve the issue immediately, making it a smooth visit. He was also able to go over different options of coverage, so we could determine the best price for our budget. Thank you so much Paul for your kindness and help!

May 19 2025 Update: David, is a fabulous optician who knows all the frames and what looks good on different faces—he picked out the perfect frames for me and I get so many compliments! The bonus is that he’s great to work with, serious about the eyeglasses being perfect and he has a great sense of humor. This is the 2nd pair I’ve gotten from him. The staff overall is very friendly. The glasses did not work. The optometrist said "I don't have any more time to spend with you". So I can't read with the glasses, we changed them and the glasses are blurry compared to my current glasses. Fortunately Walmart gave me a refund for the glasses, but I am still out the cost of the prescription. The last time I used Walmart, she was great, but she left and now I have to go elsewhere.
Update: Well, I was so pleased with my previous visit, I went back for new frames and progressive lenses. Another fabulous optician, David, assisted me. He had such a great sense of humor, I laughed and laughed! There was another optician there so David could work with me uninterrupted. I had been searching on the internet and other locations — it turned out Walmart had the best selection and the prices were equivalent for progressive lenses.
